Our goal was to organize the unorganized sector of gold manufacturing in offering better opportunities for employment, compensation, accommodations, and other benefits to our Karigars. Our aim was to protect them and provide essential health and hygienic services. Fixing condition of services to the employees and repairing more in case of overwork.

From different corners and nooks of our country, we find talented Karigars maintaining our traditional jewellery. To protect their craft and provide equal employment we created the Karigar Welfare Program.

We established HJMA (Hosur Jewellery Manufacturers Association). It is the first lean management cluster in the jewelry industry. Here, our lean-management cluster receives 80% financial support to implement and sustain industrial growth by adhering to best practices guided by world-class advisors.

We wanted to improve our jewelry production processes and make it more efficient by connecting the National program by the Government of India, i.e MAKE IN INDIA program. We have always contributed to facilitating innovation and developing skills for our country's Karigar and manufacturing infrastructure. This way, we utilize existing talent and create many employment opportunities through the ease of doing business.

Catering to the needs of women we promote social welfare activities and programs. We aim to improve womens in our organization by giving them equal opportunities for their growth and development.

After we registered for MSME, things quickly began to shift for us. We largely contribute to the development of our country through our wide range of jewelry products and provide an enormous contribution to the social and economic development of the country.
